Terms of sales
– Minimum stay: 2 nights
– Long stay (more than 7 consecutive nights)
Payment : the full price of the stay must be paid online or by phone, by credit card.
Phone Booking : ability to block booking through the payment of a deposit equivalent to 1/3 of the stay, paid by credit card. The client will receive booking validation after regristration ohe credit card.
Holiday vouchers and credit cards are accepted. Bank checks are not accepted.
Deposit : A security deposit will be ask for any rentals (footprint by credit card).
Homes repartition is made depending on the group size and is left to the discretion of the management.
The houses and villas are available from 3PM for check in and noon for the check out. A surcharge will be applied on the final bill in case of non-compliance with departure times.
The houses and villas are to be occupied by the number of guests expected when booking.
The Cantamerle Habitation is a peaceful place for family, couples and/or friends. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of your neighbors. No non-listed guests will not be authorized on the Cantamerle Habitation.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Cantamerle Habitation can be held responsible in case of loss or theft.
Children must be monitored while in Jacuzzis and Habitation’s swimming pool by the occupants of the houses. They must be accompanied by an adult if in the pool.
The household rate is reported during the booking process and is done at the entrance and exit of the premises. For more than 7 consecutive nights stays, Habitation Cantamerle provide cleaning and bed linen change during the stay. Daily cleaning is possible with a supplement and must be clarified when booking.
The city tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Treasury.
The customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. He must check if its contract of principal dwelling provides for the extension holiday (vacation rental). The tenant attests to be covered by liability insurance covering its own responsibility and that of the persons accompanying him.
Cancelling Policy :
– More than 60 days before arrival: deposit is not refundable (1/3 the price of the stay)
– From 60 days to 16 days before the stay: 50% of total amount is due.
– Less than 15 days before the stay: 100% of the amount is due.
– If stay hab been booked via travel agency: refer to the conditions and rates applied by the travel agency.
Any change will have to be discussed with Habitation Cantamerle’s management and case by case.
